Pineapple Coffee Cake

Easy pineapple coffee cake. Butter cake mix combined with eggs, oil, vanilla Extract and pineapple pie filling. Wonderful appetizer would also make a great breakfast buffet treat.
Ingredients -

1 (18 ounces) box Butter Cake Mix
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 (20 ounces) can Pineapple Pie Filling

 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Combine cake mix, oil, vanilla extract, and eggs to mixing bowl.

3. Beat with mixer.

4. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

5. Bake 45 minutes.

6. Test with toothpick inserted in cake.

7. Punch holes in cake with knife 2 inches apart.

8. Spread pineapple pie filling over cake while hot.
