1. Peel and dice your avocado
2. Just below stem, cut the jalapenos lengthwise in half, leaving stems attached.
3. Seed the jalapenos.
4. Place the jalapenos in heavy medium saucepan.
5. Cover with cold water and bring to simmer.
6. Drain.
7. Repeat the process.
8. Dry the jalapenos with a paper towel.
9. Combine the Dungeness crabmeat, red onion, bell green pepper and mayonnaise in small bowl.
10. Season with salt and pepper.
11. Fill the jalapeno cavities with the crab mixture.
12. Press the jalapeno halves together to compress filling. (Can be prepared up to 4 hours ahead. Cover and chill.)
13. Place 1/2 cup flour in bowl.
14. Gradually whisk in beer. Let stand 30 minutes.
15. Heat oil in heavy deep pot to 375°F.
16. Whisk batter to smooth.
17. Dredge jalapeños in flour.
18. Holding stem end, dip into batter to coat completely and deep-fry in batches until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
19. Using slotted spoon, transfer jalapeños to paper towels and drain.
20. Combine avocado, salsa and mayonnaise in small bowl.
21. Season to taste.
22. Arrange the jalapenos on your platter and garnish with salsa.
