Ingredients -
8 ounces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves, cut into long strips
2 tablespoons Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
1/2 cup Plain Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Egg Substitute
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preparation:
1. Mix bread crumbs with seasoning blend.
2. Dip chicken in egg substitute. Coat chicken in bread crumb mixture.
3. Sauté chicken in olive oil over medium-heat for about 3 minutes. Turn and sauté additional 3 minutes, or until browned.
