1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. In medium mixing bowl, combine blueberry muffin mix, sour cream, egg, and water. Stir to combine.
3. Spray 11 x 7 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Pour blueberry mixture into baking dish.
5. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven.
6. Mix powdered sugar and water. Drizzle over coffee cake while warm. |
