Bacon Cream Cheese Roll Ups

Golden brown roll ups filled with a mixture of cream cheese, bacon, Parmesan cheese, and green onions. Quick and easy recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
Ingredients -

1 (8 ounces) package Cream Cheese, softened
8 slices Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced Green Onions
1 tablespoon Milk
2 (8 ounces each) cans Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
Poppy Seeds

 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. In medium mixing bowl, combine, cream cheese, crumbled bacon, grated Parmesan cheese, sliced green onions, and milk. Stir to blend well.

3. Separate crescent rolls into 8 rectangles. Firmly press perforations between rolls together to seal.

4. Spread rectangles with 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture.

5. Cut rectangles in half diagonally. Repeat with opposite corners.

6. Cut in half crosswise to form 6 triangles.

7. Roll triangle, starting from short end.

8. Arrange appetizers on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.

9. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot.

You could certainly use light cream cheese, and a bacon bit substitute for the bacon to reduce calories.
